One Direction launch line of electronic products

Equipment will also be sold in Latin America

A line of electronic products signed by the members of One Direction should be released soon.

According to the site Licensing.biz, the boyband will partner with the American company Jazwares the market and put headphones, speakers and walkie-talkies.

The products will be available in stores in the UK, U.S., Latin America, Ireland and Canada in the second half. Microphones, alarm clocks, boom boxes and equipment for karaoke also part of the range offered.

"With over three million followers on Twitter and a debut album that received gold and platinum discs worldwide, it is clear that the guys from One Direction fans are superstars children and adolescents do not get tired of hearing," said Laura Zebersky, executive vice president of sales at Jazwares.

"We are excited to add the One Direction to our portfolio and look forward to developing our program with the band to bring innovative electronics for their millions of fans."

Jane Kennedy, director of licensing Modest Management, which manages the careers of artists, he added: "A Modest Management and our client, One Direction, are very eager to work with Jazwares this exciting opportunity."
